We’ve heard feedback from our coaches that sometimes posting meet documents is confusing, especially when it comes to know the privacy and where the documents will be posted. So we’ve revamped the interface for adding documents.<\/p>\n

  1. On the old interface, there was a 2nd select box for “sub-type” when posting a meet document, we’ve removed that and put the options right in the type select.<\/li>\n
  2. We’ve added a Visibility\/Privacy<\/strong> option that makes it super simple to understand where your documents are posted\n

    1. Public<\/strong> (Anyone can access the document, and if you’re posting a meet document, it will be posted on any team SW site that has the meet on their schedule)<\/li>\n
    2. Public-Limited<\/strong> (Only posted on your team’s SW site, but no login required to view the document)<\/li>\n
    3. Private<\/strong> (Only posted on your team’s SW site, must login to see. Any user with an active account can access document)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    4. We removed the “Make Public” box<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      So we removed a few elements from the form and condensed it all down into the new Visibility\/Privacy option. We think you’ll find this much less confusing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
