LOCKPORT TOWNSHIP HIGH SCHOOL BOYS INDOOR TRACK INFORMATION
SITE: Lockport Township High School, East Campus, 1333 E. 7th Street, Lockport High School Illinois. Use the entrance furthest to the West of the building (Pool Entrance) for access to field house. Bus parking will be in the district lot to the west of the building.

LEVELS: VARSITY & SOPHOMORE
FACILITIES: The indoor track has a Connor-AGA Elastiplus surface, 177.79 meter circumference.
(9 laps = 1600 meters) NO SPIKES OF ANY KIND, FLATS ONLY. There will be no locker facilities available, only washroom facilities. See diagram for location
NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED IN THE FIELDHOUSE. WE THANK YOU FOR HELPING KEEP OUR FACILITY CLEAN.
RULES: I.H.S.A. track and field rules will be enforced; be aware of uniform rules and event limitations. No food or drink is allowed in field house. No personal stereos or boom boxes are allowed. Lockport is a no hat building. We thank you in advance for enforcing these rules with your athletes.
ORDER OF EVENTS
The long jump, pole vault, high jump, and shot put will begin at 10:00 A.M.
The triple jump will begin after the conclusion of long jump. NOTE: We have allowed ample time to complete the field events before the start of finals.
We will need each team to provide one coach to work an event and/or the finish line.

RUNNING INSTRUCTIONS
Finals: (10:30 am)
4 X 800 relay international curve start
3200 m. run international curve start
55 meter high hurdles finals
55 meter dash finals
800 meter run international curve start
4 X 200 meter relay 1st lap in lanes
400 meter dash heats, based on time, 1st lap in lanes
1600 meter run international curve start
200 meter dash heats, places based on time, 1st lap in lanes
4 X 400 meter relay 1st lap in lanes
FIELD EVENTS:
Long jump Varsity first 4 jumps, F/S 3 jumps (45 minute open board)
Triple jump same as long jump, jumping begins 30 minutes after conclusion of long jump
Shot put 4 throws, frosh/soph precedes varsity. Plastic indoor shots only
Pole vault Varsity first; F/S to follow
High jump F/S first; Varsity to follow
* The LTHS boys track team will be hosting a complete concession stand with hotdogs, pizza, pop, candy, chips, and water.
