We will use a rolling schedule and run ahead if possible

8:00-Heat 1 – 1600 (Current PR of 6:00+)

 

8:10-Heat 2 – 1600 (Current PR 5:30-6:00)

 

8:20-Heat 3 – 1600 (Current PR 5:10-5:30)

 

8:30-Heat 4 – 1600 (Current PR 4:55-5:00)

 

8:40-Heat 5 – 1600 (Current PR 4:45-4:55)

 

8:50-Heat 6 – 3200  We will have a few guys aiming to break 10:00 for the first time

 

9:00-Heat 7 – 1600 (Current PR 4:45 and under)

 

9:15-Heat 8 – 1600 (Current PR 5:00-5:10)
