TIME RACE ENTRIES DISTANCE
5:30pm Varsity Girls 10 runners 3.1 miles
6:00pm Varsity Boys 10 runners 3.1 miles
6:24 pm Open Race Unlimited 3.1 miles
7:00pm Awards for Varsity Races – In Football/Soccer Stadium

Additional Information:
Bus Parking: Buses drop off in the lot by the starting line then park in the lot to the east side of the course off Green Bay Road. .
T-Shirts: We will be selling Lake County Invite shirts. They are cooling performance long sleeve crew, moisture wicking, odor-resistant, and stain-resistant. Price will be $20.
Starting Box
Assignments: Starting Box Assignments will be provided day of the race.
Inclement Weather
Procedures: The Sports Complex is equipped with a Vault Guard Weather System.
We will have buses on the east end of the course in case of lightning for the athletes to go to who are on the far part of the course and we will transport them back to the start area. We will also have golf carts that will be able to transport athletes off the course and back to the buses. We will discuss procedures at the coaches meeting.
Awards: Individual Awards will be presented to the top 15 boys and girls in the Varsity Races. The first place boys and girls teams will be awards a championship plaque. There will not be any awards for the open race. Results will be provided for all races.
Maps: A 3.1-mile course (with a two-mile course) map is attached in the email. Two-mile course has the same start and finish - the rest is shown in Red.
Spectator
Information: Concessions will be provided. We ask that all spectators and teams stay off the soccer fields at all times.
