- 4:30 PM – Coaches Meeting (Finish line)
- 4:45 PM – Coaches/Captains Meeting with Starter at Finish Line
- 5:00 PM – Field Events
- 5:15 PM – Exhibition 55 Meters
- 5:45 PM – Running Events
Order of Events
Field Events – 5:00 PM
- Shot Put – 3 Throws, Top 8 to Finals, 3 Throws
- Pole Vault – 1 Flight
- High Jump – 1 Flight
- Long Jump followed by Triple Jump
- Cafeteria-style one flight – 3 jumps – 45 minute Time limit
- Triple Jump
- Cafeteria-style one flight – 3 jumps – 45 minute Time limit
Exhibition – 5:15 PM
- 55 Meters – Unlimited Entries
Running Events – 5:45 PM
- 4 x 800 Meter Relay – 1 Section
- 3200 Meters – 1 Section
- 55 Meter High Hurdles – 4 or 5 Sections – Against Time
- 55 Meters – 4 Sections – Against Time
- 800 Meters – 2 Sections – Against Time
- 4 x 200 Meter Relay – 2 Sections – Against Time
- 400 Meters – 4 or 5 Sections – Against Time
