FACILITIES

Nicknamed the Woods, Seneca’s course is located at the Agricultural Farm Lab.  To get to the course, go one mile WEST of Seneca on Route 6, turn NORTH on East 28th Road.  It is one mile from the highway.  The course is true cross country.  The terrain is such that hills occupy a sufficient part of the course to offer the runners a challenging race.  The first 1/4th mile will run over crushed gravel with the remaining course, grass and wood chipped trails.  No asphalt will be run.  Spikes may be worn.

AWARDS WILL BE PRESENTED AFTER THE VARSITY BOY’S RACE

The top four teams in each race will be awarded trophies.  Individual awards will go to the top fifteen in each race.

NUMBERS

Please pin the numbers on the front of the jersey.  This is for ALL races.  Please be careful and do not pin the tear-off portion of the number.

RESULTS

Computerized timing will be done by the Starved Rock Runners Club.  There will be one copy of the results furnished to each team after the race.
