BEFORE McK: Has excelled in numerous events during her career at Des Arc High School in Arkansas…is a two-time state champion in the shot put and claimed the discus state title as a junior…posted a personal best of 3,713 points in the heptathlon as a junior…registered personal bests in the 55-meter hurdles (7.83 seconds), 100-meter dash (13 seconds), 100-meter hurdles (16.9 seconds), 200-meter dash (27.1 seconds), 400-meter dash (1:02), shot put (38 feet, four inches) and discus (107 feet, five inches) as a junior…holds the Eagles’ school record in both the 100-meter hurdles and the discus…is a three-time All-State and three-time All-Conference honoree…was part of the Eagles’ 2012 state championship team.
