Bus Time arrive at 6:20am - departs at 6:30am
PARKING - Spectators
- Spectators should enter the campus via the Southeast Entrance off of Keslinger Road
- Spectator Parking will be $5 per vehicle
- No Pets are allowed on campus (Service Animals are accepted)
- Handicap Parking will be available to those vehicles with placards, by driving up the gravel utility road. Parking attendants will give further instructions to those needing handicap parking.
Per D302 Board Policy, No Pets, including Dogs are allowed on Campus with the exception of Service Dogs. Please tell your fans to leave their dogs at home.
8:30 AM - CO-ED Open Division Race
- Open to all runners not in the F/S or Varsity Divisions
9:15 AM Girls’ Varsity Division Race
- Top 10 runners may enter
- Five score in the Girls’ Varsity Division
9:55 AM Boys’ Varsity Division Race
- Top 10 runners may enter
- Five score in the Boys’ Varsity Division
10:35 AM Girls’ Freshmen/Sophomore Division Race
- Unlimited F/S entries may run in the Girls’ Freshmen/Sophomore Division
11:15 AM Boys’ Freshmen/Sophomore Division Race
- Unlimited F/S entries may run in the Boys’ Freshmen/Sophomore Division
AWARDS
- A final decision regarding the distribution of Awards will be made at or prior to the Coaches meeting at 7:45 AM
- Team Medals: The top five teams will receive 10 medals.
- Individual medals: will be awarded to the first 10 runners, overall, in the Boys’ Varsity, Girls’ Varsity, F/S Boys’ and F/S Girls’ races.
- Ribbons will be awarded to the 11th to 35th place finishers in all 5 races. Ribbons will be awarded to the top 35 runners in the Boys’ and Girls’ Open Division races as well.
- Ribbons will be placed in packets to be picked up by coaches (only) after the award presentations.
The Awards Presentation to the Top 5 Teams of each race will take place at noon
