- great for arch support and a narrow sole, improves form, lots of cushion for ankle but support in toe for good push off and landing, prevents heel strike

Good for workouts, they force me to run a little more on my toes. They don't feel great after I hit 7 or 8 miles in them in one day though.

I love these shoes. They feel like the 37’s but the tongue support is just so nice. I put on a pair of 37’s recently and I couldn’t go back to them because of house comfortable the tongue on the 38 made the shoes.

Solid shoe, reliable for any run from long runs to track workouts. However I have a complaint that is a make or break on these shoes- the airbag. The airbag popped in one of my pairs after only 150 miles and lead to a lot of knee pain so I had to retire the pair. However I have a pair with over 400 miles where both airbags are intact and they feel great. Because of this I can't rate it that high and I probably would not buy it again.
