CCL Championships Wrap Up

On Saturday the Cross Country team hosted that Catholic League Championship at Lewis University.  The varsity team placed 6th. Dan Spellman ran a personal best and was the top senior taking 3rd overall. Jimmy Maguire and Zach Brosseau also ran PR's.  The sophomore team placed 4th.  Eddie Burke was the individual champion in a course record time!  Mikey Corcoran ran a great race taking 4th.  Kevin Lynch had a strong performance as well. The freshmen team took 5th with Dylan Warda leading the way in 11th.  Jack Finnell had a great race finishing 20th.  This Saturday the team will compete in the IHSA Regional Championship at Reavis and shoot for their 2nd title in three years.
