Marmion/Chesteron/Rice Tri Wrap Up

On Saturday, the cross country team competed at Marmion.  Both the frosh/soph & varsity teams ran well to place second.  Eddie Burke won his 2nd race of the season taking control of the race from the gun.  Mikey Corcoran had a strong race to place third, while Sean Deane, Sean McNally, & Connor Melean all ran personal bests.  Charlie Walsh was the runner-up at the frosh/soph level.  The freshmen four of Charley Duggan, Jack Gorman, Danny Macis, & Tommy Witt all ran personal bests as well.  Newcomers Adrian Campos & Antonio Fox both gave impressive performances in the JV race.  This Thursday, the team will host the 'Molenda & Murphy' Invite beginning at 4:30pm.  Come out to support the 'Running Ugly' Crusaders as they compete in the first home meet on campus in forty years.
