Illinois Indoor Championships Recap

On Saturday, the track & field team competed at the Illinois Indoor Championships at Gately.  Andrew Straley had the best distance performance in school history placing 3rd in the 3200m with a time of 9:02!!! This broke the school record by an amazing 14 seconds!  He is currently ranked 3rd in the state & even more impressive, 19th in the country. The team will kick off the outdoor season on Thursday, April 9th at Hillcrest.
