Mileage Week 3

Mileage Pounders

Mon- 5-6 total 10-12 400s on the track)

Tues- 4-5 Mile recovery pace run

Wed- 7-8 Mile long run

Thu- Strength in the morning and 5- 6 mile run during the day

Fri-4-5 miles plus ultimate Frisbee mileage

Sat-4-5 miles

Sun-4-5 miles

Emerging Runners

Mon- 3-5 total (6-10 400s on the track)

Tue- 3-4 Mile recovery pace run

Wed- 5-7 Mile long run

Thu- Strength in the morning and 3-5 mile run during the day

Fri-3-4 miles plus ultimate Frisbee mileage

Sat-3-4 miles

Sun-off if needed or 2-4 miles

Beginner Runners

Mon- 1.5-2.5 total (3-4 400s on the track)

Tue- 1.5-2 Mile recovery pace run

Wed- 3-4 Mile long run

Thu- Strength in the morning and 1-2 mile run during the day

Fri-1.5-2 miles plus ultimate Frisbee mileage

Sat-1.5-2
