Evergreen Park Frosh/Soph Invite Recap

Yesterday, the Frosh/Soph track & field team competed in the Evergreen Invite.  The team placed 4th overall.  The Crusaders swept the shot put with Austin Kavanagh as champion, Jeremy Shelton in 2nd, & Braden Walker finishing 3rd.  Other 2nd place efforts came from Aidan Krofta in the 3200m, Jameer Murphy in the 300m hurdles, Shelton in the discus, & the 4x1 team of Mekhi Hall, Eric Walker, Ben Moreno, & Murphy.  Third place efforts came from Dempsey Oliver (discus), Alex Rom (200m) & Charlie Cushing (1600m).  Tomorrow the team will travel to Sandburg for the Pete Struck Classic.
