McHenry County All-State Runners
Note: 2020 performances are unofficial. There was no IHSA State Meet due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but there was an unofficial meet hosted by ShaZam Racing that served as the de facto State Meet that year. The meet was held at Three Sisters Park in Chillicothe, and the course was 5000 meters instead of Detweiller Park's 3 miles. Like with the official State Meet, the top 25 finishers in each race were given medals. As these races were unofficial and did not necessarily include all of the teams and athletes who would have qualified to run in an official meet, 2020 performances will not be counted towards the "Breakdown by School" section, and their inclusion in the "Athletes with Multiple All-State Performances" section will be with 2020 listed in italics.
