Week 5 Mileage Goals!

Mileage Pounders
Mon- 5-6 total 10-12 400s on the track
Tues- 4-5 Mile recovery pace run
Wed- 8-9 Mile long run
Thu- General Strength and 4-6 mile Run
Fri- 5-6 miles FRISBEE!!! Bring it!
Sat-4-6 miles. Same as the last week. I want 20 minutes of your Sat OR Sunday run to be at a tempo pace (non-talking faster pace than usual)
Sun-4-6 miles

Emerging Runners
Mon- 3-5 total (6-10 400s on the track)
Tue- 3-5 Mile recovery pace run
Wed- 6-8 Mile long run
Thu- General Strength routine and 3-4 miles
Fri- 3-5 miles and Ultimate Frisbee!
Sat-3-5 miles. I want 15 minutes of your Sat OR Sunday run to be at a tempo pace (non-talking faster pace than usual)
Sun-off if needed or 2-3 miles

Beginner/ Newer Runners
Mon- 2-3 total (3-4 400s on the track)
Tue- 2-3Mile recovery pace run
Wed- 3-5 Mile long run
Thu-General Strength routine and 2-3 mile run
Fri- 2-3miles AND Ultimate Frisbee!
Sat-2-3
Sun-off if needed or 1-2
